Kids Klub Dance Recitals

Jacee-Kay LOVES DANCING.
Jacee-Kay also LOVES Kids Klub.
Kindergarten not only brought her new friends and new adventures, but she really started to shine this year when joining the dance team at Kids Klub.

Another thing I find interesting is that it's cool to be a Kids Klub Member, so cool that I wish I were one.
I really am so so so so so so lucky my child loves her after school program so much.
They do an amazing job at taking care of the students and parents.
The counselors put these dances together and did an amazing job once again.

In the first video Jacee-Kay is to your right in the back, and then moves forward.

In the second video Jacee Kay is to the left of the stage in front, and somehow toward the end, winds up up on your far left.

Please do not be alarmed, when my child tries to stop the curtains from closing in the first video.
It is part of her amazing show stopping personality that I love. ;)

Suave Professionals Keratin Infusion

I live in Texas.  The part of Texas where it's not the worst of the State for humidity, but it is a familiar friend of mine non the less.  I have been blessed with healthy hair for the most part. Of course in the last year or so, I've begun dying it more and more frequently due to sprouts of gray/white popping up in unforeseen places.  Regardless, I am always on the look out for shampoos and conditioners that will keep my hair from frizzing out ridiculously, but color guard it and not weigh it down with so much moisture.

A tough price to ask for.

I've tried almost anything. From Tresemme to Pantene Pro-V to John Freda.  Even Joyco, who is suppose to be the popular "only use the size of a dime" brand and save money even though you're spending almost $18.00 a bottle for shampoo/conditioner.  I've tried them all.

I found this and LOVE IT.
It is literally my shield against Humidity...
My bouncy hair is no longer weighed down.
My hair is the more healthy than it was this time last year.

THANK YOU Suave!

There is a Keratin Kit they make too with Keratin in it, but it says not to use if you have recently dyed your hair.

I dye my hair ALOT. Every four to six weeks, those grays rear their ugly faces.  So I have veered away from the Kit, but have plans on trying it eventually.  It is suppose to keep your hair smooth and cut down on time straightening.

With using the shampoo and conditioner now for about two weeks, my time on straightening has already been cut down! Just with the shampoo and conditioner.  It makes me excited to try the Kit, but I'm still not sold on it after reading reviews and watching videos.

If you're looking for a shield against "Humidity", try it, you might like it!
Happy Hair!

Aggie Bow Tie Top Dress #stolenidea

I stole this wonderful idea from this blog below:
http://sweet-verbena.blogspot.com/2011/07/simple-bow-tie-top-tutorial.html

She has incredible ideas.  I'm a beginner sewer, for example, I literally just learned what a bobbin is.I used regular ribbon instead of sewing my own sash.  That will be my next little project!

Her directions are perfect. Perfect enough for me to make my daughters cute little bow tie dresses. The only thing I did differently was used an Aggie T-Shirt to create little A&M Dresses for my six year old and 2 year old.  Enjoy.

No Sew Aggie Dress

Literally the easiest dress I’ve ever made.

Supplies:
T-Shrit (aggie) At least a size Large
Scissors
Sweet, Cute Toddler.

You literally cannot mess this up. Even the spots you think you may mess up on can easily be concealed. You want to lay the shirt down flat and determine where you want the skirt to land. After cutting off the bottom half of the shirt, make a square shape with the rest of the material.  Save the bottom half of the skirt for later.

Begin cutting the sides of the shirt in about two inch sections all the way down. You do the same when reattaching the skirt and viola.  The sleeves are the hardest part.  If anyone’s interested I will give more details on how I made this cute little one’s aggie dress for this summer. Just message me!
