Palestine, Texas II

"Cause that’s the way things happen
On the Polar Express"

I am in love with Palestine, Texas, after this past weekend.
I am also just so impressed with the Polar Express trip we took this Saturday.
I know my children will remember this day forever.
The crew on the Polar Express was amazing, they never stopped dancing, serving, singing to the kids,
THE ENTIRE TRIP THERE and BACK.
Santa was great, and the North Pole was filled with elves and happiness.
Thank you Grammy and Grampy.
BEST CHRISTMAS YET!

I love her sweet smiley face.  Excitement.

ALMOST LATE.....

This sweet one was probably the most excited! He loves Trains and just couldn't wait to hear "All ABOARD!"

Daddy's have a hard job.  Poor Blakey just wanted on the Train!

So excited the train was RIGHT here!!!! So cute.

This picture captures all the innocence of Christmas to me.  It is the most magical time of the year.

Grammy got Santa to autograph our Polar Express Books.  Thank you Grammy!!

Jacee-Kay was convinced that we were NOT at the REAL North Pole.  She had her reasons.  The biggest reason of all was that the real North Pole has SNOW, Mom.  This is a tough realization for children.  Of course, I explained that we couldn't travel all the way to the North Pole!  But this was a check point North Pole in Texas and that the real North Pole was so magical that not very many people get to go to the real North Pole.  Everyday she gets closer to realizing the truth.  But she hasn't gained the courage to ask the inevitable child hood question about Santa Claus.  Maybe I have a couple more good Santa years left! =) I think yes.

Jacee-Kay dancing away to HOT CHOCOLATE!

The other two kiddos weren't so sure that they wanted to dance....mmmm I think we're ok here with Grammy...

Grammy's really getting into it! But it was so hard not to get into it because EVERYONE was singing, dancing, eating and drinking hot cocoa....It was just marvelous.
